Prices and payments

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. For Italy and the European Union they include VAT. For non-EU destinations prices exclude Italian VAT, and import duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are always shown before you confirm your order.

Whenever we announce a price reduction, we also show the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days.

Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Scalapay and Klarna. Payments are processed by the payment providers through secure protocols; we do not store full card details. With Scalapay you pay in three instalments under Scalapay's own terms.
